Is Your Contact/Inquiry Form Spam Free?
I found that most of Indonesia furniture company website have an online contact and inquiry form. It is good in one side because prospect buyers do not need to open their email just to send you a message. In the other side, it can be heaven for spammers if your contact form is not featured with spam prevention system. They can spam you with advertisements and make your mailbox full.
You have two options to avoid this. First is by not providing online form (and I think it is not what you want) and the second one is providing form with spam prevention system. Spam prevention system is added to your online form to differ between human and robot (computer) interaction. Some spammers using robot to automate their spamming job. The prevention can be an image verification code (that can only be read by human) or by making user to answer questions.
